Please first signup here http://support.webhelios.com/index.php/en/account/signupform . Then login to support portal. Once logged in you'll see there is an option "My downloads" on your user panel. Go to that tab and put your purchase code and click download. If your purchase code is valid then you'll see the download dialog.
